Description
The Motion Designer is responsible for creating dynamic visual content that transforms complex ideas, products, solutions, customer stories, and campaign narratives into engaging motion-based experiences.
As part of the Creative & Video Studio, this role develops motion graphics, animations, video packages, product demonstrations, explainers, social media content, webcast assets, event visuals, and digital storytelling experiences that support global marketing execution.
Unlike traditional motion design roles focused solely on production support, this position plays a key role in scaling ***'s in-house content engine by creating reusable motion systems, modular animation frameworks, localization-ready assets, and standardized visual storytelling components that accelerate content production across business units and geographies. This role contributes directly to Project Catalyst goals of increasing speed to market, reducing production costs, and enabling AI-ready content operations.

Qualification:

• Independently produces motion assets.
• Executes established creative concepts.
• Builds reusable templates and animation frameworks.
• Owns production delivery for assigned projects.
• Solves technical execution challenges.
• Supports multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong multimedia production and design skills.
• Experience with modern creative tools and AI-assisted workflows is preferred
