Dahlonega, GA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a
part-time Server ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of
Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Pay: $5.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities: - Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
- Describes specials of the day to guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions when appropriate.
- Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation.
- Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.
- Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
- Maintains an organized workstation and side work duties.
- Sets up and breaks down golf stations every shift.
- Maintains accountability for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes the Point-of-Sale system.
- Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
- Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques.
- Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
- Must be cross-trained in bartending service.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Valid driver's license required (a driver's license will be required when operating the ball picker and golf cart).
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
