This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of process utility systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success. You'll help shape best practices, apply cutting-edge engineering approaches, and grow your expertise in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The role will require approximately 30% travel.While we prefer that this individual work out of our Green Bay office, we are open to remote candidates as well as those located near any of our 33 office locations.Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate with other project disciplines to ensure integrated solutionsPrepare equipment specifications and technical documentationPartner with clients, vendors, and suppliers to generate cost estimates and contribute to proposal developmentCreate mass and energy balances to support process designProduce process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)Compile equipment lists, line lists, and points of connection (POC) documentationDefine operational parameters and performance criteriaWork closely with designers to translate engineering concepts into drawingsAuthor installation scope documents for construction teamsProvide support during on-site construction and installation phasesAssist with system checkout and start-up activitiesMentor and coach junior team members as neededConduct on-site surveys to assess existing conditionsTravel as required, with an anticipated average of 30% annuallyRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical experience7+ years of experience with utility systems such as steam, refrigeration/ammonia, compressed air, HVAC, compressed gases, and water systemsPreferred Qualifications:Registered Professional EngineerIndustrial HVAC and Dust Control experienceAbility to travel as needed with anticipation of 30% annually$100,000 - $150,000 a yearThe base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position. Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses/certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program. All employees are eligible for On-the-Spot bonuses. Exempt members are also eligible for either quarterly and/or annual bonuses.
