Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with promotional events, customer engagement activities, event organization, and daily event operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating details, interacting with people, and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities * Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. * Help organize event schedules, materials, displays, and supplies. * Support event setup, operation, and breakdown. * Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. * Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner. * Identify customer needs and provide helpful information. * Assist with promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. * Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities. * Maintain organized event areas and promotional displays. * Communicate event needs and customer feedback to team members. * Coordinate with coworkers to ensure event activities run smoothly. * Assist with post-event organization and material inventory. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
